Do I need perfect credit to start?
No. Start the conversation now, we'll work with what you have and build toward what you need.
Do I need perfect credit to start?
What about down payment? I don't have 20% saved.
Most first-time buyers don't, and they don't need to. Florida has down-payment-assistance programs, FHA options, and lender products that work with much less. We'll walk you through what fits.
How much does it cost to work with you?
As a buyer, the seller typically pays the buyer's agent commission, so working with us usually costs you nothing out of pocket. We'll always be upfront about anything different in your specific situation.
I'm not ready to buy for another 6–12 months. Should I still talk to you?
Yes, earlier is better. The best buyers are the ones who started planning before they thought they "had to." Twelve months out is exactly the right time to understand your numbers, fix what needs fixing, and get ready.
I live outside Florida but want to buy here (or vice versa). Can you help?
Yes. Brandy is licensed in Florida, so, if you're buying in FL from out of state, she can represent you. If you're buying in the DMV, she has a referral network of agents who share her approach.
