Its mission began with a special commitment to people historically overlooked or underserved. It serves coaching clients nationwide and real estate clients throughout Florida.
What is FutureForward?
FutureForward Career Accelerator is W.M.I.'s customizable nationwide career-readiness program. It combines personalized guidance, assessments, résumé strategy and AI/ATS navigation, goal setting, interview preparation, sustainable habits, holistic support, and accountability. The currently featured cohort is offered through Florida Epilepsy Services' V.O.I.C.E.S. Job Club for Florida residents living with epilepsy and/or chronic illness.
Who does W.M.I. work with?
W.M.I. welcomes individuals, families, professionals, entrepreneurs, organizations, and communities from every background and stage of life. It remains especially committed to people in reentry programs, shelters, support groups, schools, and communities historically underserved by traditional systems.
