FutureForward Career Accelerator is WMI's nationwide, cohort-based career-readiness program. It combines personalized guidance, assessments, résumé strategy and AI/ATS navigation, goal setting, interview preparation, sustainable habits, holistic support, and accountability. The currently featured cohort is for Florida residents living with epilepsy and/or chronic illness.
WMI works with individuals in reentry programs, shelters, and support groups, students, recent grads, and anyone reentering or rebuilding in the workforce alongside funders, employers, and community partners.
