Brandy "BJ" Essex founded W.E. M.O.V.E., Intentionally for people who want more but do not know where to start. Her work is rooted in communities too often overlooked, while welcoming anyone ready to grow, rebuild, or make an intentional move.
With a background in talent acquisition, career readiness, personal development, and real estate, Brandy brings honesty, understanding, and accountability to every conversation. She believes hard things become manageable with practice, support, and someone in your corner reminding you that you can do them.
Credentials: Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Career Coach & Navigator, and Florida Realtor® SL3513036. Verify the Florida real estate license through DBPR. Coaching credential documentation is available to prospective clients and partners upon request.
