Brandy "BJ" Essex founded W.E. M.O.V.E., Intentionally on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity for a fulfilling life. She is a Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Career Coach & Navigator, and a Florida-licensed Realtor®, with a background spanning talent acquisition, career readiness, and personal development.
Told growing up that she'd become "a statistic," she chose a different path — because "your mind is the most powerful thing you have." She created WMI to be the mentoring resource she wished existed during her own struggles, designed for people in reentry programs, shelters, support groups, schools, and anyone rebuilding their life.

We address the gaps in traditional job readiness by teaching beyond resume skills — helping people walk into a room they were never expected to belong in.
